Julian Eagle and High Peak Mine and Wine Tasting US

Want to know more about Julian Eagle Mine and High Peak Mine, Wine Tasting - Shadow Mountain Vineyard?

Star Rating: 3 out of 10 (Gold Mine was still OK) Expenses: ~30 dollar

We had some hard time looking for gold mine athough we had 3 GPS which lead us to dead end. *sweat (Eagle and High Peak Mine) Before starting the tour to gold mine, let's re-charge some energy.

We had lunch at Wood Pit's Barbecue. The restaurant looks fantastic but food sucks. If you have a choice, don't go to this restaurant. Had "home cook chicken pot pie" which taste really like home cooking and it costs you 9 dollar. (12 dollar after ++, inc. sharing apple pie)

Here comes the Julian gold mine. Eagle Mine and High Peak Mine are connected but owned by 2 different owner (according to the guy). It is cost 10 dollar for car park, visiting the mines and all. It is pretty much an abandoned gold mine afterall open to public.

Shadow Mountain Vineyard. Nice name but bad wine. 5 dollar for 5 tasting sounds worthy, however i thrown most of them to the bucket. Personally think that white wine is still drinkable. No comment ... No next time ...
